They showed in the news today that a teacher gave electric shocks to the children in the physics lab as a 'punishment'.A few days back, there was an incident where two boys shoot their bully classmate.
Teachers giving electric shocks, and students gunning down their classmates..
Exactly what is wrong with the people?
